I am 100% satisfied. I did not expect the service to be SO great. Every moment of working with these people was a pleasure. First of all, the product was excellent. There were no faulty items and quality was impeccable. My clients are happy. Secondly - the service. The delivery was even faster than I expected (ordered 500 units to UK). As far as communication is concerned, I would like to pass special thanks to Alice, because she was always very, very responsive, supportive and kind. I am a strict and demanding customer, but she managed to resolve all of my concerns and helped me so much even after the items were delivered (and is still helping me), I am so grateful to her! Honestly, I felt as if I had ordered from my friends who really wanted me to enjoy my purchase.
